Get Drew Gaffney and Tim Mason together and it doesn't take long before these Nebraska cattlemen are off to the side talking markets or hay prices. The two have an easy rapport that goes back to Gaffney's days as the Nebraska Cattlemen's Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) coordinator.

While Mason is a third-generation cattleman, Gaffney was just getting started in 2006 when he took the BQA post.
