A week ago TV ag weather folks suggested some heavy rains over the Midwest and we got it at the end of that week. More rains are expected for early this week with cool temps thereafter. The Northern Plains got more rains and more are expected with cold temps. Enough rain is expected over the coming 10 days to two weeks to prevent aggressive field work from taking place in the northern areas, especially with temperatures expected to drop below average beginning at midweek this week and lasting through the coming weekend.
