GENERAL COMMENTS

Livestock futures are mixed early Wednesday morning with strong follow through buyer support redeveloping across the lean hog complex. This triple digit support in nearby contracts has been unable to lend any sense of support to the cattle complex at this point, although some market stability may develop through morning trade in both live cattle and feeder cattle futures contracts. Corn futures are trading lower in early electronic trade. Stock markets are trading mixed. Dow Jones Index is 4 points higher, while Nasdaq is down 5 points.
