GENERAL COMMENTS

Fresh support is redeveloping across the cattle complex, with strong overnight support developing in feeder cattle futures. This is able to quickly draw buyers back into the market, and could spark another round of aggressive price support. Lean hog futures are mixed in light trade with nearby future contracts uncertain about additional short term support developing. Corn futures are trading higher in early electronic trade. Stock markets are trading lower. Dow Jones Index is 26 points lower, while Nasdaq is down 11 points.
