Ag Boom on the Bubble?

Baby boomers remember the farming wealth of the 1970s. They also remember the tough lessons learned during the financial hangover that followed during the 1980s. Now warning signs indicate today's agricultural prosperity may again be on the bubble.

The good news is the landing could be softer this time around. Farmers are better prepared for a dip in profitability. However, economists believe growers still must take steps to insulate for financial security.
