INDIANOLA, Iowa (DTN) -- There's no one-size-fits-all answer about what health insurance coverage is best for you or your employees under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) mandates starting in 2014.

Costs can vary by your group or individual age, your state, the income level of the insured and the quality of the plans you choose. But almost all individuals in the U.S. must have coverage -- through their employers, through Medicare, through Medicaid or through state insurance marketplaces -- starting Jan. 1.
