DTN Portal Adds Features

Grain manager Joel Doble used to rely on a spreadsheet to manage farmers’ offers by bushel and price, but no more. DTN Portal gathers that information for him and makes placing a futures order as simple as a mouse click. As a result, Doble is able to focus on taking care of his customers.

“It’s taken the risk out of my business,” he says. “I would much rather have offers given to me so I can hedge it; [DTN Portal] also gives farmers the opportunity to sell at advantageous prices.”
