As you may have noticed, I have not written a column since Halloween. No, DTN did not finally have enough of me and send me on my way. November and the first half of December have been just a little busy for me.

Harvest stretched well into the middle of November. A large corn crop, several rain delays and a few machinery snafus all combined to slow harvest.
