OMAHA (DTN) -- As we near the close, December corn is up 5 1/2 cents, November soybeans are up 1 cent, and December Chicago wheat is up 8 cents. DTN confirmed Monday that there will be no WASDE report released on October 11th due to the government shutdown. December corn and Chicago wheat continue to trade higher after weekend storms brought temporary delay to harvest and winter wheat planting. Unconfirmed export sales are also a possibility while USDA offices remain closed.
