At the DTN summit this year, one of the most popular sessions addressed farm partnership buy/sell agreements. It surprised me how much interest this topic garnered and how much small print was involved.

For discussion purposes, by saying farm partnerships I'm not just talking about the spit-shake, even-Steven, "it all started with a 4-H project" true legal partnerships. I mean all functional unions, like family farm corporations and limited liability entities.
