General Comments:

Corn closed 9 1/2 cents higher in the March and 9 cents higher in the May. Soybeans closed 20 3/4 cents higher in the March and 24 cents higher in the May. Wheat closed 16 3/4 cents higher in the May Chicago, 8 1/2 cents higher in the May Kansas City, and 13 cents higher in the May Minneapolis. The March U.S. dollar index is .53 lower at 79.77.
