General Comments:

Corn closed down 2 1/2 cents in the September contract and up 5 1/2 cents in the December. Soybeans closed down 1/2 cent in the September contract and down 1 1/2 cents in the November. Wheat closed up 5 1/4 cents in the December Chicago contract, up 6 1/4 cents in the December Kansas City, and up 3 cents in the December Minneapolis.

The September U.S. dollar index is up .02 at 81.82. December gold is down $22.30 at $1,364.60 while December silver is down $.69 and December copper is up $.0150. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is ...
