General Comments:

Corn closed 15 1/4 cents lower in the September and 17 3/4 cents lower in the December. Soybeans closed 43 cents lower in the August and 33 1/2 cents lower in the November. Wheat closed 2 cents lower in the September Chicago, unchanged in the September Kansas City, and 3/4 cents lower in the September Minneapolis. The September U.S. dollar index is .22 higher at 83.13. August gold is down $1.20 at $1,278.70 while September silver is down $.15 and September copper is down $0.0215. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is 33 points lower at 15,428. August crude ...
