General Comments

The U.S. stock market indices are higher with the Dow up 30. The interest rate products are higher. The dollar index is 11 lower. Energies are mixed with crude down $1.00. Livestock trade is mostly lower. Precious metals are higher with gold up $8.50.

Corn trade is 4 to 6 cents lower at midday with continued selling pressure and nonthreatening weather keep the market moving lower.
