General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are flat with the Dow up 10. The interest rate products are lower. The dollar index is 30 lower. Energies are mixed with crude off $.70. Livestock trade is mixed. Precious metals are mixed with gold up $2.

Corn trade is flat to 2 lower in quiet midday action. Outside markets are neutral to slightly positive overnight with the dollar sliding again.
