General Comments

U.S. stock markets are firmer with the Dow futures up 20. Interest rate products are higher. The dollar index is 40 higher. Energies are mixed with crude up .30. Livestock trade is mostly higher. Precious metals are firmer with gold up $11.

Corn futures are 7 to 9 lower at midday, giving back the overnight strength. Outside markets are neutral to slightly negative with the stronger dollar.
