After three wrong turns on tiny, windy, tree-lined mountain roads, I was so ready to get back to the Midwest. I was working with two different maps, an astonishingly unhelpful talking GPS thingy, and a satellite image of the cabin for which I was searching, but one of my intended routes was closed between November and April, and the other involved blatantly bad guidance from the GPS lady.
