330 and 340

Square bales will come out of the chamber more quickly and with more density with New Holland’s BigBalers, which replace its venerable BB9000 balers, says Mike Cornman, dairy and livestock segment marketing manager. The 330 and 340 models bale up to 20% more tons of hay per hour and produce bales that are up to 5% denser than with the previous machines.

To help accomplish this, engineers redesigned the MaxiSweep pickup to feature a full-width feed assist that funnels more plant material into the augers. A roller windguard helps precompress the crop mat, ...
