OMAHA (DTN) -- The 2013 outlook for seed and agricultural chemicals is for modest price increases and plenty of supply after a challenging 2012 growing season. While the agricultural chemical supply should be better this year and the overall seed supply is sufficient, the drought decreased the supply of certain seed corn varieties and also lessened germination in soybeans.
