Herbicide Trait Named

DECATUR, Ill. (DTN) -- The list of brand names continues to grow with a new herbicide trait system pending regulatory approval. Enlist E3 soybeans is the new brand name for a three-gene herbicide-tolerant soybean from Dow AgroSciences LLC and M.S. Technologies LLC.

The soybean is one component of the Enlist Weed Control System. Upon regulatory approval, the weed control system will allow growers the option of using 2,4-D over-the-top of crops in-season.
