(Dow Jones) -- Ukraine has exported 9.2 million metric tons of grain since the beginning of the current marketing year, a record amount in the country's history, the agriculture ministry said Wednesday.

In addition, in the country's sea ports are 1.2 million tons of grain ready for export, with 500,000 tons already loaded on ships.

Ukraine's grain exports in October totaled 3 million tons. In the first week of November Ukraine exported 850,000 tons of grain, the ministry said.

The agriculture ministry sees the grain harvest this year at 46 million tons and grain exports in the 2012-2013 marketing year ...
