Plan for Big Beans

AUBURN, Ill. (DTN) -- To hear Tim Seifert talk, you'd think his 2012 soybeans were as big as marbles. "Some of the biggest I've ever seen," Seifert told DTN. "Those late rains we got in September really bulked the beans up. It was great for yields, but I'm guessing seed availability in normal sizes might be tight next spring and we'll all have some planter adjustments to make."
