MARKET SUMMARY

Spring wheat closed unchanged to 2 cents higher, hard red winter wheat closed 3 1/4 to 7 cents higher, corn finished 4 1/2 to 4 3/4 cents lower, soybeans ended 9 1/2 to 26 1/4 cents lower and canola closed $6.90 to $7/mt lower.

OUTSIDE MARKETS

In early afternoon trade, the TSX is 110 points lower at 15,220 despite narrowly mixed trade in U.S. indices. The Canadian dollar is 10 basis points lower at $0.9154 CAD/USD, while the U.S. dollar index is 0.173 lower at 81.350. Gold is $11.90 higher at $1,294.70/ounce. Crude oil is 41 cents lower ...
