General Comments:

The corn market was lower for the third day in a row as the market seems timid ahead of Monday's USDA acreage report. Monday is also first notice day for July futures. Good weather is expected in the southern Corn Belt which will aid growth, but more rain may fall in the already soaked areas of southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. Soybeans closed higher as the market looks ahead to the Monday stocks and acreage report with reported analyst expectations that the USDA will estimate the smallest June 1 stocks in the past 27 years.
