OMAHA (DTN) -- December corn is down 3 3/4 cents, November soybeans are down 17 1/2 cents and September Chicago wheat is up 6 1/4 cents. The U.S. dollar index is trading at its highest level in nearly 11 months after ISM's index of U.S. services posted its highest reading since records began in January 2008, said RTTNews.com.
