House Democrats Introduce Senate Farm Bill

Three midwestern Democratic House members have introduced the Senate farm bill in the House. According to Rep. Dave Loebsack, D-Iowa, one of the three sponsors, the proposal is identical to the farm bill that already has passed the Senate. "While the Senate legislation is not perfect, Congress must provide our farmers and rural communities some certainty," said Loebsack.
