Although the chilly spring of 2014 may be keeping corn planters across much of the country in dry dock, the good news is that Mrs. Obama's kitchen garden has been slowly germinating in the cold White House ground for more than ten days. Before you know it, the budding bounty of Swiss chard, collard greens, Lincoln Oats, and paw-paw fruit will be reaching toward the bipartisan sun.
