NEW CANADIAN RULES ON IMPORTED MOZZARELLA RILES U.S.

With very little fanfare, Canada's government recently moved to close a loophole in its import regulations that permitted U.S. cheese manufacturers to ship mozzarella to Canada without paying an import duty.
