SENATE'S CONTINUING RESOLUTION WOULD REQUIRE USDA APPROVAL OF BIOTECH CROPS

The continuing resolution under consideration by the Senate includes a provision that would require USDA to approve the sale and use of genetically modified seeds even if a court has determined the environmental analysis for the seed is inadequate.
