CHICAGO (DTN) -- Rick Calhoun invited an audience of farmers, shippers, grain merchants and government workers to join him for the grand opening of Lock 25 on the upper Mississippi River when it's complete.

The caveat: that's expected to happen in 2064. He'll be 110 and can't make promises about his mental or physical state.
