Court Rules Against Plaintiffs Seeking to Force EPA to Regulate Feedlots

A federal court in Washington last week dismissed a lawsuit brought by four Iowa residents who wanted the Environmental Protection Agency to regulate air emissions from concentrated animal feeding operations.
