Vilsack Identifies Likely Key Agricultural Issues in Transatlantic Trade Talks

Speaking with reporters at last week’s annual USDA Agricultural Outlook Forum, Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack said he does not believe that Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) negotiations will be successfully concluded unless the parties deal "seriously, comprehensively and fully" with agricultural trade issues.
