Wyden Prepares to Take Over Chairmanship of Senate Finance

The Senate Foreign Affairs Committee this week endorsed Sen,. Max Baucus, D-Mont., to become the next ambassador to China and sent the nomination on to the Senate floor where it is expected to be approved without much opposition.
