Senate Poised to Replace Sequester

With Senate Finance Committee ranking Republican Orrin Hatch of Utah now saying he will support bipartisan legislation to replace the sequester, the stage is set for the Senate to approve the measure before the chamber recesses this week for the remainder of 2013.
