Prospects for WTO Ministerial Meeting Improve

Just yesterday, we wrote in this space that things did not look promising for the upcoming World Trade Organization meeting next month in Indonesia. Last weekend, one WTO official was quoted by the press as saying that the preparatory talks leading up the next meeting "went very badly."
