CFTC's Gensler Warns of Enforcement Difficulties Due to Inadequate Funding

Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Gary Gensler said the commission is being forced to delay and forgo enforcement actions because it does not have the resources needed to investigate and litigate all of the misconduct it sees in the marketplace.
