Hoyer Hopeful for Debt Ceiling Increase Until Early 2015

Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md., the second-ranking House Democrat, says he hopes the upcoming House-Senate budget conference can develop up with an agreement that would allow the debt ceiling to be increased through at least early 2015.
