Vilsack Says Clock is Ticking on Next Farm Bill

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says he believes the House-Senate farm bill conference needs to get a move on because the clock is ticking "on permanent law coming into place, which would be pretty disruptive to the market and to consumers, [and] it's ticking on Brazil in its capacity to retaliate against the United States because of our cotton support program."
