House Bill Would Increase Funding for Improvements of Nation's Harbors

House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Bill Shuster, R-Pa., and panel members from both parties this week introduced legislation aimed at boosting funding for harbor maintenance and improvements, an infrastructure program that virtually everyone admits needs immediate attention.
