House Republicans, EPA in Disagreement Over Release of Scientific Studies

Republican leaders of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee say they plan to issue a subpoena at the end of the month if the Environmental Protection Agency does not voluntarily provide data from scientific air pollution studies evaluating the health effects of fine particulate matter and ozone.
