White House Poised to Transmit Obama's Budget Proposal

The White House tomorrow plans to send to Capitol Hill tomorrow the president's fiscal 2014 budget proposal, parts of which have been leaked and dissected over the past week. The president's budget is expected to contain a combination of spending cuts and revenue hikes that would reduce the deficit by billions over the next four years.
