IRS May Furlough Employees if Sequestration Becomes a Reality

With every passing day, more government bureaus, departments and agencies are reporting to the press how they plan to deal with the effects of across-the-board governmental spending cuts, known as sequestration. Sequestration is scheduled to take effect Friday, March 1, unless Congress takes action to prevent it.
