NAFTA NATIONS URGED TO NEGOTIATE NEW TRADE PACTS AS A BLOC

Former U.S. Trade Representative Carla Hills says she believes the United States, Canada and Mexico should band together to negotiate trade deals with Pacific Rim and European Union nations because the three NAFTA partners are now an integrated market.
