Schumer: Senate Will Adopt a Budget Resolution for FY 2014; Could Have Farm Bill Implications.

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., the third-ranking Democratic senator, predicted Sunday that Senate Democrats would move a Fiscal Year 2014 budget resolution and match a key demand of House GOP leaders, while opening the door to further negotiations on the debt limit and a possible tax overhaul including additional revenue.
