General Comments

U.S. stock markets are flat to lower with Dow futures down 25. Interest rate products are higher. The dollar index is 10 lower. Energies are higher with crude up $1. Livestock trade is flat to higher. Precious metals are lower with gold down $33.

Corn futures are around 7 lower at midday, just ahead of the USDA monthly report, in quiet trade with mostly neutral outside markets. Harvest pressure is something hard to fight, unless harvest brings on disappointing yield reports. So the trade appears to be illustrating selling interest no matter what Thursday. But if enough ...
