Posted 11:48 -- December corn is down 3 3/4 cents, November soybeans are down 15 3/4 cents and September Chicago wheat is up 2 1/4 cents. Soybeans are up from their lows after Informa Economics estimated the U.S. soybean crop at 3.7 billion bushels, down from USDA's 3.8. September Chicago wheat has turned higher on the day with ongoing concerns about the effects of too much rain holding up Europe's wheat harvest.
