More Arctic Cold for Canada Before a Short Break

It's cold but it hasn't broke records set 100 years ago. The same as when it was hot. Climate hasn't changed our reporting of the extremes has gotten so much better.

Chicago is setting record all time lows and NYC broke a 118 year old record... but its warm in Siberia.
