Appeals Court Rulings in Alabama, Georgia Immigration Laws
If the Eleventh Circuit's logic holds true, states can't pass laws preventing people from aiding immigrants. States also can't adopt laws that explicitly prevent immigrants from applying for or holding a job.[Read Full Blog Post]
