The associations need to be asked about their position on the Hugh Bowman case before the supreme court! Farmers should know who's side the associations are on.

Labeling requirements through the FDA SOUNDS like a good idea, and SHOULD be one, aside from the fact the FDA has Paramilitary Forces raiding anything the Wall Street dominated Big Ag Companies don't like, and that it's essentially run by Monsanto Alumnus Michael Taylor, ex-Chief Counsel and Corporate Executive V.P. The Bowman case? I'd be surprised if he wins, as Clarence Thomas will ramrod the conclusion on that-despite the fact he should have recused himself, also being a former Chief Counsel for Monsanto. How is it "Conflict of Interest" is no longer a consideration when appointees are confirmed, anymore. All "We The People" EVER wanted was Fair & Equal treatment under the Law.

I agree Ric,,,, you never hear about the Bowman case on DTN either, but look at all the ads in the margins! Monsanto is owning "life" its self, you need to pay their patent fee to farm,,,, can anyone check out some anti-trust laws here? Where does this stop?
