EPA Explains Advanced Biofuel Decision
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday filed a legal brief with the United States Court of Appeal for the District of Columbia that details why it refused earlier this year to reduce the volume of advanced biofuel that must be sold in 2012 after petitioned to do so by the petroleum industry.[Read Full Blog Post]
